How will you know if you can build a dam on my property?
A
Nathan will go and meet you onsite and he'll ask you where you'd ideally like it. He will look at the lay of the land, see what type of soil that you have, see where the best position is to maximise run off and to get the size of the dam you need. After this he can advise you of viability, location and quotation. Generally speaking, even porous soil can still be made into a dam with plastic lining, rarely and for varying factors, a dam is just not a viable option.

If you start my job and then I decide I want more work done, are you flexible?

Yes 100% we are. We find that when Nathan is initially on site extra jobs often are booked at this point, though if you decide later we will always work longer hours or over a weekend to meet your needs. We find that flexibility is key.

If I have a limited budget can you tell me what I can get done for that specific price?
A
Yes absolutely and you wouldn't be the first person to ask this. Nathan is more than happy to set up a plan for you to do your job in stages when and as your budget allows.

I need some work done but I'm concerned about where our services (Telstra, water etc) are. What do I need to do?
A
Dial before you dig is an incredible service that is now entirely online. If you go to www.1100.com.au and follow their instructions you'll receive emails almost instantly in regards to where the assets of various companies are. They will also let you know what to do next.

We are based in Cooroibah (Noosa) and service the entire Sunshine Coast, Gympie area and surrounds.

Tight space earthworks - how narrow are your machines?
A
The mini excavator only needs 1 metre to get through and to work, the Bulldozer will fit through a standard farm gate.
