About Ensco Earthworks
Who are we? How did we become Ensco Earthworks? What do we do?

Ensco Earthworks truly is a family business, we are Nathan, Shelby, Charlie and Ollie. We added the 'E' to make it easier to pronounce when seen in text!
Nathan went from shearing as a young man trekking about the country to operating a bulldozer and learning the ropes from Soil Conservation NSW. Once we were married and had a family we moved and immersed ourselves in the world of all things logging plantation timber. From 'site prep' on a dozer, harvesting, stacking and hauling the timber. This saw us carting machines and ourselves across 3 states with many birthdays, weekends and late nights in the bush. During this time Nathan was unable to shake his love of all things dirt and we bought the D4K bulldozer for forestry applications - building log landings, haul roads for trucks and pulling the odd truck out of a bog...
I, Shelby, grew up rural and I spent my 'career years' in Hospitality, Events Management and Marketing. Followed by my favourite years of being a Wife and Mother!

The time came where we all felt settled yet ready for a change - especially given the year of 2020... The natural progression for us was to get out of logging and wind that company up and go back to another area where Nathan truly shines - Earthworks. At this point, Ensco Earthworks was born!

We do Earthworks... But what we really do well is exceeding the expectations of our clients, communicating with and truly understanding the needs of our clients, creating solutions for the headaches of land owners, helping with sustainability of farming, building dams for livestock to drink from, crops to be irrigated from and for young families to swim in, building the base of the beloved new family home and so much more.
As it turns out, there is no where else we'd rather be and nothing else that suits us more than 'being Ensco'
